	"One of my favourite places" April 2010
	The food is excellent! Each time I have left very happy, food quality is always great and service is friendly. The lamb stew is superb (highly recommended!), and I enjoy the unique menu they offer and try new items each time I go. After supper they offer desserts that I can never turn down and I normally am not a dessert person! The atmosphere is comfortable and like sitting at a friend's house. In my opinion this is one of the best restaurants in Edmonton and I am always happy to come back and to recommend to friends

	The Dish also has a great gluten free menu, with gluten free bread! People can ask for it when they come in. My favourite GF sandwich is the ham with gouda — it’s amazing!! They also sometimes have a GF dessert brownie, but it’s best to call in advance to see if they have any (not that you’d likely want to sample GF food, but in case your readers are interested… October 21, 2009

	"The Secret Garden is awesome!"
	June 2009 Deanna (from Edmonton) One sunny Saturday afternoon a few friends and I went for lunch at The Runaway Spoon. The patio a.k.a The Secret Garden was open and delightful. The patio is small but quaint. It is a hidden gem in the middle of downtown. The service was really good. When we arrived our server brought us menus and drinks promptly. Then she checked in on our meal periodically. It was surprising to be at a restaurant with an alternative gluten free menu. Although no one in our party was celiac or unable to eat wheat, some members of the party were keen to avoid wheat and gluten. The gluten free menu options were good and the chicken wrap I ordered was simple, fresh and delicious. Definitely, would recommend the restaurant to friends and would try to get into The Secret Garden, again!!!

	This is now my Favorite restaurant!! Nice atmosphere. Nice menu. Beyond fantastic food! Great service! What else do you need? We started with the artichoke dip which was superb. I had the Chicken Flatbread and Roasted Beet soup. AMAZING! Seriously, healthy and delicious! Finished off with the fudge brownie. Fantastic! Go! You will not be disappointed. October 30, 2009
